For the last 20 years of our professional life, we have gained experience. Initially as employees of leading development companies in the Tricity of Poland. Then in our own companies, working as subcontractors for the rough stages of construction in Poland, Belgium and the Netherlands, to General Contracting of Apartment Buildings. We've gained trust. The Belgian developer saw in us more than a subcontractor, and subsequently became our partner in the development company. We know how to build from start to finish. We poured hundreds of thousands of tons of concrete. We designed, constructed, sanded finishes and arranged interiors. We have always persuied perfection.

In mid-2021 the shareholders of JPD established Furaha Investment LTD as a company to implement projects in Zanzibar.
